Our student, Attila Bán's short won the second prize of the FilmCsata [FilmContest] Competition

The call referred to films of a maximum length of 10 minutes, and only those films entered the second turn which were given 50 votes by users. Finalists were appreciated by a professional jury, with the members Szabolcs Hajdu , György Pálfi, Ágnes Kocsis, György Báron, and Gábor Gelencsér. Prizes offered: camera-usage, film trainings, professional publications, film distribution possibilities, festival participations, tickets (with values ranging from 150000 HUF to 500000 HUF, approx. 600-2500 euros). Prizes were presented during the festivity organized on the 15 of December 2012 in Budapest's Odeon-Lloyd Cinema Theatre, with appreciations by Gábor Gelencsér. The prizes went to:
1st prize - Krisztina Ágói: Ez titok az ilyesmi [Such Stuff Is Secret]
2nd prize - Attila Bán: Szufla [Breath]
3rd prize - Júlia Farkas: Az izmos királylányok [Muscular Princesses]
Public's prize - Zsolt Majoros and Štefan Bolyky: Anya [Mother].
